(1) For the purpose of hearing appeals against the decisions made by the Tribunal in accordance with this Act, the Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and establish a Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal as required. (3) The Government of Nepal may, by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, appoint an Appellate Tribunal to hear appeals against orders or decisions made by tribunals outside its territorial jurisdiction.
